Severance: Blade of Darkness is a 2001 3D fighting third-person PC action-adventure game created by (the now defunct) Rebel Act Studios and published by Codemasters. The original subtitle in direct translation from Spanish is Blade: The Edge of Darkness. Unfortunately, there was a TV show with the same title in the USA so the US publisher changed the subtitle to Blade of Darkness and the same label was pressed on the European copies as well, even though no sword of this exact name featured in the game.

Blade of Darkness is a hack-and-slash third-person action game in which you can play as one of four different warriors, all of whom must do bloody battle with assorted forces of evil. The game follows in the tradition of similar fantasy-themed 3D action games that feature violent melee combat, such as Die by the Sword, Heretic II, Drakan, and, most recently, Rune. Blade of Darkness distinguishes itself from the rest of these with its selection of different characters, its motion-captured character animation, and its gore effects and lighting effects. It's got some problems and takes some time to get into, but it should otherwise appeal to players who've enjoyed previous hack-and-slash action games, or those who like the idea of them.

Image

Created by Spanish developer Rebel Act Studios, Blade of Darkness has an immediately recognizable, rather unremarkable fantasy premise--just swords, sorcery, and the like. The setting and characters in the game aren't very distinctive, though they're still pretty fun. At the beginning of the game, you choose whom you want to play as: Tukaram, a heavily tattooed barbarian warrior; Naglfar, a burly dwarf; Sargon, a venerable knight; and Zoe, a lithe huntress. These characters look different from each other, have different preferences of weapons, and have different strengths and weaknesses in terms of power, agility, and defense. However, you control the characters in exactly the same way, and they really don't play that much differently from one another when you get down to it. The main difference is, depending on which character you choose, you'll end up relying on different types of weapons. And, each character takes a different course through the game.

Image
Being able to parry attacks is just one of the many fighting techniques available in Blade of Darkness. The combat system lets you input different key combinations to produce a wide variety of different attacks, but you must be mindful of your stamina, or you'll find yourself out of breath and a sitting duck. You gain experience as you kill enemies, and as you gain experience levels, you gain access to additional special attacks, and you get stronger and healthier. This system is more robust than that of most similar games, although it isn't quite as open as Die by the Sword's system, which lets you swing your sword arm in any direction by moving your mouse around accordingly. However, as in Die by the Sword, the combat in Blade of Darkness can take a lot of getting used to. The controls aren't immediately intuitive and don't seem very responsive, and it'll actually take you a while to get a grasp of the timing necessary to win battles. You'll often get frustrated with how your character will tend to step too far into every attack, inadvertently moving past the intended foe and exposing his or her back. You'll also find that it can be difficult to tell when your character is taking damage; there often isn't a clear visual or audible cue when you suffer a hit. Furthermore, each character's walking speed is inordinately slow. You have to double-tap the walk key in order to run, which is faster, but even the running speed can seem sluggish, at least for the larger characters. If you're more used to fast-paced first-person shooters, you'll find that it takes a while to get accustomed to the rather deliberate pacing in Blade of Darkness.

Kane & Lynch: Dead Men (PC/FullIso/Multi)

Kane and Lynch: Dead Men Lossless Repack Action - ENG/RU
Kane & Lynch : Dead Men (PC/FullIso/Multi)
Game Platforme(s) : PC | Language : Multi (5) | Release Date : Nov 20, 2007
Publisher : Eidos Interactive | Developer : Io Interactive | Genre : Modern Tactical Shooter
Size : 7.73 Gb

Kane & Lynch may have one of the most unfortunate titles in the history of games. Although the name may inspire thoughts of racial injustice, IO Interactive's spiritual successor to Freedom Fighters and follow up to Hitman: Blood Money has nothing to do with race relations. Even so, it will manage to raise an eyebrow or two with its visceral story and characters that almost save the title from its clunky gameplay. The game actually gets its title from the two stars of the game, Kane and Lynch. These are not your ordinary heroes. In fact, the game begins with the duo en route to death row. A mysterious paramilitary outfit that calls itself The7 breaks the two out. Kane, it seems, is a former member of the group and has a lot of money that they feel owed. Lynch, a medicated psychopath, is recruited to keep an eye on Kane while he gets The7 what they want. From there, the plot follows a series of twists, turns and betrayals with a whole lot of killing along the way.

The best thing Kane & Lynch has going for it is that it's a game that pulls no punches. It seems that the majority of high profile games out there today have some form of violence or at least one feature that could be called morally suspect, but few reach the levels of this title. Kane & Lynch ratchets everything up a notch to the point where you should feel uncomfortable playing this game around a young, impressionable mind. It begins with killing cops and moves straight on to curse words flying from the mouths of the various characters at unheard of rates. If you like four letter words beginning with the letter "F," then the dialogue will be right up your alley.

Foul language alone wouldn't be enough to make Kane & Lynch stand out from the myriad other titles looking to gain some notoriety. This is where Kane & Lynch earns its stripes. Rather than employing a series of cheap shock tactics as so many other games have, IO Interactive crafted an intense and visceral story to go along with the game. Say what you will about the language being over the top, but these anti-heroes are wonderfully bent. It's no easy task to create such despicable characters and then give them motivations and situations that allow even the holiest of us to relate to their situation and feel for them. These are hard men put in an impossible situation. Following them on their journey is a wild and bumpy ride.

Helping to make the story and characters even more powerful is the great way they're presented. Traditional cutscenes and voiceovers are used in between gameplay, but the story and character development doesn't ever end. Kane and Lynch continue to interact, argue and reveal more of the plot straight through the action. This does a great service towards making the entire experience feel fluid and cinematic.

Divine Divinity is a role playing game featuring a gameplay experience somewhere between Sacred and the Ultima series. You can choose from 3 typical character archetypes – Fighter, Mage and Survivor (Rogue like class). Each one has a unique special skill. The rest of your character development its up to you imagination – you can even learn skills from other classes and make a very unique character build.

The game is long, challenging and very addictive. You will encounter many different enemies and a very big variety of quests and story missions. When you add great music and not so dated graphics you will get a full RPG experience!

Features
There are four huge maps totalling over 20,000 screens, with a wide range of environments such as elven forests, a demon wasteland, farmlands, towns, fortifications and extensive sewer systems. The world is extensive, and includes numerous details such as epitaphs on tombstones. There are more than 150 non player characters, many with detailed background stories and depth, and a large number of varied villains.
For the players choice of character, there are three character classes and two genders, totaling six possible starters. The three classes are Survivor (a rogue like character), Warrior and Wizard. They have slightly different conversions of statistics. For example a warrior gains 6 health points per constitution point, whilst a survivor gains only five points. Each character class has a unique movement form, such as the sneak ability for the Survivor, switch places ability for a Wizard, and the Warriors special skill is an attack that damages enemies of all angles within the attacking range.. However, any class can use any of the other two skill paths, which each have 36 separate skills. The six characters have distinct appearances that can be modified by placing equipment on them, such as armour or helmets.

A random equipment generator allows a wide variety of items, similar to the item system of Diablo II. Items can be upgraded using objects called charms, as well as the enchant item skill, allowing further customization. There are also slightly more than 50 (relatively) fixed items, with varying powers.

Startopia

Image

The player is tasked with developing a series of space stations according to the wishes of various employers. The game is set after an apocalyptic galactic war, and many of the stations are in a state of considerable disrepair. It is hinted that these space stations are essentially the last few space-based environments available to the denizens of Startopia, as most of them had been destroyed during the war.

Download Full Startopia

The player has no direct control over the aliens that wander about the station. Instead, it is the player's job to construct rooms and hire aliens to staff them. The rooms provide basic necessities as well as recreation, encouraging visitors to remain on the station and continue spending money. Each type of alien is suited to a particular kind of task, and individual aliens have a set of statistics that determine their value as an employee. The actual goal for the player varies from one scenario to the next; in some scenarios, the player is expected to meet an economic goal, while in other scenarios the player is required to perform a specific task such as converting a certain number of aliens, or taking over the entire station by force.

Startopia draws inspiration from and makes frequent references to mainstream science fiction, such as Star Trek, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Startopia is dedicated to the memory of Douglas Adams, author of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Here come RELOADED again and yet again they have cracked another Russian StarForce game. This time its a video game called You Are Empty, which is kind of a strange name don?t you think* Anyhow its another one of those re-write history type storylines. You get to go back to the 50?s when Communism was all the rage in Russia or should i say USSR* Anyway you get to and battle lots and lots of mutants. The reason why you do this is because communist scientists got a little over zealous with there experiments and killed the entire population and anyone who did survive is now a mutant. Sounds like fun, eh* The description doesn?t include how the game playing character survived all this though which is a little strange but I?m sure it will all unfold as you work your way through the story. The screenshots look decent enough the graphics appear to be up to par with what we would expect from current gen game, i especially like screenie of the one that looks like a pissed of Shrek, Hehe.

You can see what this game is aiming for that eerily dark atmosphere, your all alone, trying to survive. Many games have tried and failed but if this can pull it off then it will be a good release to download. It?s 1.70 GB in size which is not that big nower days so this wont stretch your bandwidth to much if you want to gamble on this.

The Experiment [2008] (Crack Included)

Image

A very unusual game which goes by a catchy name The Experiment was released by ViTALiTY. The group which is still on the war path with RELOADED was first to pre this specific title, which appeared on the shelves of videogame stores already a week ago. It’s almost impossible to specify the genre of this game, as it doesn’t really fit into any category. The Experiment has no protection at all, so you won’t have to hassle with cracking it.
